Amanda Bynes looks healthy during public outing

Los Angeles: Troubled actress Amanda Bynes was photographed stepping out in public with a female friend for the first time in two months.

The 28-year-old actress was spotted in West Hollywood and was seen sporting blonde hair again, reported Ace Showbiz.

The 'Sydney White' star wore a black-and-white checkered shirt over a white tee with golden motif and ripped blue jeans.

She completed her look with black sunglasses, a small black shoulder bag, white shoes with black lace and pink soles and pink nails.

Bynes looked relaxed as she strolled along the sidewalk with her friend.

Last month Los Angeles City Attorney decided not to prosecute Bynes for her September 2014 DUI arrest. The city attorney thought he couldn't sell the case to jury because Bynes' Adderall's level in her bloodstream was relatively low when she was arrested.
