Christina Aguilera debuts baby's picture

Los Angeles: Grammy-winning singer Christina Aguilera has debuted her newly-born daughter Summer Rain on the cover of a magazine.

She has shared the first few pictures of the six-month-old blue-eyed Rain with People magazine, with one of them featuring on its cover. The 34-year-old singer is shown kissing Rain in the photo.

Aguilera and fiance Matt Rutler welcomed the baby on August 16 last year. She said her daughter's birth left her speechless.

"I was speechless. She was literally like an angel... We had an immediate calm bond, and I felt unexplainably connected to her and her spirit," Aguilera said in the interview.

"Her smile lights up a room and I know it melts mama and daddy's hearts. She laughs a ton and is easy to make smile. She just wants to be where the action is!" the singer said.

Aguilera has a seven-year-old son from her previous mariage to Jordan Bratman.
