Bhopal, Apr 16: BJP star campaigner Uma Bharti begins her sankalp yatra from Jaam Sanvri village in Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh. The former Union minister would start the yatra after performing Puja at the famous Hanuman Temple at the village, party sources said.
Union Law Minister Arun Jaitley will flag off the yatra at the village for which two special raths, one equipped with modern facilities and the other with the cut-outs of Sangh Parivar leaders, including Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Dr Hegdewar, Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani, will be used for addressing the public, sources said. Apart from addressing people enroute the villages and towns, Bharti will also address a public rally at Kareli in Narsingpur district on April 18 in the first phase, sources said.
The second phase of yatra will be held from April 21 to 24, sources said adding the BJP leader will be on yatra for the first four days of the week and during the rest of the days she would remain at BJP office in Bhopal and Delhi apart from attending the Parliament session.
