Kourtney K goes 'topless' in latest pregnancy photo shoot

Washington: Kourtney Kardashian has bared all in her latest pregnancy photo shoot for a magazine cover.

The latest episode of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' will see the reality star posing for her DuJour cover story while pregnant with her third child, Reign Aston Disick, E! Online reported.

At one point in the sneak peek of the episode, Scott asks Kourtney, whether she was wearing underwear or not to which Kourtney smirks and replies, "No".

Scott can be seen boasting about Kourtney that she looked quite amazing and she was really got a glow to her, so he was pretty proud of her.

The 35-year-old TV personality gave birth to her third child with Disick on December 14, 2014.
