`The Devil`s Double` to release in India in August

Mumbai: Demonic Cooper-starrer `The Devil`s Double` will be released by JRD Films in India and Pakistan in August.

Directed by Lee Tamahori of `Die Another Day`, `Once were Warriors` and `XXX 2` fame, `The Devil`s Double` has created a lot of buzz at various film festivals. It stars Cooper, Philip Quast, Ludivine Sagnier and Raad Rawi. The film is based on the true story of Latif Yahia, an Iraqi soldier who was forced to become a body double for Uday Hussein, the son of Saddam Hussein. The film is releasing on 29 July in US and on August 12 in rest of the world, but Indian audience will be able to see the film either in the first week of August or on August 12, along with the worldwide theatrical release. The film will release in four languages -- English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. PTI
