Washington: Rapper 50 Cent’s football drama ‘All Things Fall Apart’ is slated for an early 2012 theatrical release after it was picked up by movie bosses at Image Entertainment.
50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, plays a sportsman whose career hits a wall when he is diagnosed with a tumour only inches from his heart, Contactmusic reported.
The rapper-turned-actor, who previously appeared in several action movies, reportedly lost 80 pounds for the role.
The Mario Van Peebles’ directed film also features Ray Liotta.
