Anil Kapoor celebrates Independence Day in Melbourne

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Anil Kapoor took the 69th I-Day celebrations to another level by unfurling the Indian flag at Federation Square on Saturday.

The dapper actor took to micro-blogging site Twitter to post pictures and stated how beautiful the moment was to unfurl the flag at Federation Square in Melbourne.

A number of other luminaries also attended the function.

According to IANS, the flag hoisting function was followed by a dance competition and other cultural programmes presented by, among others, well-known Indian television and film stars.
