B-Town wishes for more wisdom, goodness on Basant Panchami

Mumbai: On Basant Panchami, the first day of spring, celebrities from Hindi film industry like melody queen Lata Mangeshkar, actor Anupam Kher and singer Shreya Ghoshal took to Twitter Saturday to wish their family and fans.

On Basant Panchami, Saraswati Puja is celebrated with traditional fervour as people worship idols of the goddess.

Abhishek Bachchan: And as per the Hindu calendar, it's my birthday too. Was born on Basant Panchami. So Happy Birthday to me too.
