London: Singer-actress Miley Cyrus plans to celebrate her 18th birthday with her divorcing parents.

The ‘Hanna Montana’ star, who turns 18 Nov 23, is planning a low-key family get together. "We need time to all be together... I`m not going to go crazy; (I may) have a fun party and then maybe take a vacation with my family because that would be really cool," a website quoted her as saying.
