Madurai, Apr 26: DMK youth wing leader M.K.Stalin who stayed in this city for four days as part of the bail condition left for Tiruchirapalli accompanied by over one hundred cars by road today after signing the bail book at the Tallakulam police station here. Stalin told reporters on his arrival here four days back that the cases filed against him 'for meeting the QMC students for extending moral support' were fabricated and he would face them in the court.

There was a controversy about Azhagiri, the local DMK leader, and his group not meeting Stalin and participating in the welcome meet arranged for him at the city entrance when he arrived from Tiruchi four days back. Stalin also complained that he was not even offered a seat in the police station when he went to sign the bail book on the first day. Subsequently he himself carried the chair with him to sit in the station when the AIADMK men mocked him saying "Stalin's desire for chair is strong". Bureau Report
