New Delhi: Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has often hogged the limelight for speaking her mind and has often taken pride in being an Indian. This time she proved her patriotism yet again. According to reports, the actress sent off a man from a movie theatre, as he refused to stand up for the National Anthem.

The 39-year-old actress, apparently asked the authorities to take the man off the movie hall, when he didn't stand up for the National Anthem, which played before the movie started. She had reportedly gone to watch Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif starrer 'Bang Bang'.

The actress is believed to have posted it on Twitter too, but later deleted her tweet. According to various reports, her tweet read: “"#bangbang be4 Bang Bang ! Had2 throw a guy out of the Theater as he refused 2stand up4 our National Anthem! Can u believe it?Now movie time."

The no-nonsense actress was recently in news over her spat with former boyfriend Ness Wadia during an IPL match.
