Shahid Kapoor leaves for wedding from Mumbai

New Delhi: The wedding bells are ringing and the world is preparing to watch the high profile wedding of Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput on Tuesday. 

The latest update is that the 'Jab We Met' actor has left his home in Mumbai for the ceremonies. 

The wedding is to take place at the Oberoi property in Gurgaon, and about 500 guests are going to be at the gala event. There is also going to be a reception party this weekend for the B-Town friends of the Kapoors. 

The excitement before the wedding is palpable and the world is curious to get to know the brode-to-be.

Their wedding card was leaked recently and rumours are that the guest of the wedding will be treated to a vareity of Paans in the traditional Jaipuri style.

Shahid has often been linked to many of his co-stars from Bollywood, but the actor wanted to finally settle down with someone who is non-filmy.​ He met Mira, a college student at a Radha Soami Satsang and destiny, as they say, took over the rest.
