Jaipur, June 21: With the arrest of two persons, police here today claimed to have busted a racket of fake recruitment of security guards for government institutions. The two arrested persons had invited applications for security guards at government companies and institutions by giving advertisements in local papers and collected Rs 55,000 from 41 youth for registration, uniform and training fee, Superintendent of Police Sanjay Agrawal said.

The two accused, Karna Ram Chaudhary of Keshpura in Barmer district and Naveen Prajapati of Phulera in Jaipur district, were planning to hold interviews till July 7 and tell the applicants that their training would start from July 8, Agrawal said.
Police swung into action when one of the applicants, who sensed that something was wrong, informed them.

A case of cheating has been registered against the accused, the sp said.
