Kolkata, Aug 27: BCCI secretary S K Nair will hold talks with senior Indian players including skipper Sourav Ganguly and Sachin Tendulkar, on the graded payment issue early next month in Bangalore.
Nair, who would be in Bangalore from August 31 to September two in connection with the board's technical committee meeting, will hold talks with senior pros side on the issue which has been hanging fire for a long time.
"We have to hold talks with senior players on the subject. With all the players available in Bangalore due to the camp there, Nair will definitely avail of the opportunity," a source in the BCCI president's office here confirmed while categorically ruling out any likelihood of Jagmohan Dalmiya participating in the discussions at this stage.
The source said the discussions would be held on September 01 or 02, 2003.
Though Nair could not be contacted, his office at Thiruvananthapuram said the BCCI secretary would confabulate with Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and Anil Kumble on the issue.

The matter would come up for consideration at the AGM of the board here on September 27 and 28.
