Gary Oldman in Kevin Costner starrer `Criminal`

Los Angeles: `Batman star Gary Oldman is in talks to join Kevin Costner in thriller film `Criminal`. The actor is currently starring in `Dawn of the Planet of the Apes` and was in news for his controversial interview to Playboy magazine for which he apologised later. `Criminal` centers on a dead CIA operative`s memories, secrets and skills that are implanted into a dangerous prison inmate in hopes that he will stop a diabolical plot, reportedly. Oldman is apparently in talks to play the CIA chief. Ariel Vromen, who wrote and directed `The Iceman`, is directing `Criminal`.
