Huji Commander, 2 Pak militants among 5 killed in J&K
Jammu, Oct 01: Three Pak ultras, including a Tehsil Commander of Harkat-ul-Jehadi Islami (Huji), were among five persons killed in separate militancy related incidents in of Jammu and Kashmir since last evening, official sources said today.

of Jammu and Kashmir since last evening, official sources said
today.
The security forces launched a seek and destroy
operation in Bhudal forest belt of Rajouri district last
night to track down a group of foreign mercenaries belonging
to Huji outfit, the sources said.
When troops reached in Gundah area in Bhudal forest belt,
it was heavily fired upon by militants, they said adding an
encounter took place between two sides till early this
morning.
In the encounter, two Huji militants including Tehsil
commander, code named Abu Raza, and Abu Mir Bhai were killed,
they said adding two AK rifles, five magazines, 130 rounds,
11 grenades, seven UBGL shells, two Kenwood sets and some
explosive material were recovered from them.
Militants barged into house of one Mohammad Javed in Dodi
area of Surankote Tehsil of Poonch district last night and
fired upon Javed and his brother-in-law, Mohammad Akram.
In the firing, Javed was killed and Akram was critically wounded, they said and added militants later escaped from the spot.
