Akashaditya Lama has sent a legal notice to ‘Mohenjo Daro’ producers, director and lead actor Hrithik claiming that the concept of the film is his brainchild. He seeks a stay on the film's production and release, a Mumbai Mirror report suggests.

Lama had reportedly registered the script with the title ‘Saamrajya’ under  the Copyrights Act with Ministry of Human Resources Development in 2007. He re-registered the same script online in 2010 fearing it would be stolen.

However, the makers of ‘Mohenjo Daro’ are yet to react to the claims made by Lama.
