Jennifer Aniston went through lot of pain while filming 'Cake'

Washington: Jennifer Anniston recently broke down in tears while expressing her exceptional experience and the pain that she underwent through her upcoming flick 'Cake'.

The 45-year-old actress said that in her intense six weeks of homework she spent a lot of time and learnt a lot from her known stuntwoman who met with a horrific accident, but lived through 22 surgeries and excruciating pain and also became addicted to pain meds, Deadline.com reported.

The 'Friends' star, who has portrayed the role of woman with no-makeup look and scars on her face and suffering from chronic pain after a tragic accident, received standing ovation after the film's premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Anniston added that she and scriptwriter Daniel Barnz even consulted doctors and tried to figure out what was the accident, where was the injury, what was shattered, what was broken, how would that manifest itself in the way she would walk or the way she would even speak.
