Jaipur, July 27: Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot today said senior BJP leaders should preach their new breed of leaders to know more of Rajasthani culture and politics. Rejecting outrightly the allegation of creating hurdles in Vasundhara Raje's ‘parivartan yatra’ at Bhawanimandi on Friday by BJP leaders, Gehlot told reporters, "The Congress workers had no such mentality to disturb such events".

"When the activists of Social Justice Front (SJF) demanding reservation created hurdles for Raje in Pali district, the Congress Party was blamed without any reason, again for Bhawani- Mandi episode, we are held responsible," Gehlot said.

He denied any anti-incumbency factor would emerge during next assembly elections as his government from the day one took works of mass public appeal.
He claimed that his government had earned a high credibility and transparent working in the eyes of public which would get him back to power for the second term.

"MLA's own performance would be the best criteria for their selection at the time of ticket distribution," he said.
