Reese Witherspoon would use dating sites to her advantage

Washington: Reese Witherspoon has revealed that she would “investigate” someone she was considering dating using social networking sites if she were still single.

The 35-year-old star, who married second husband Jim Toth last year, last year said that having easy access to social media had its benefit as well as its share of problems. “It’s a benefit and a curse having social media at your fingertips, where you can investigate the people you’re dating,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling The Independent. Despite the advantages of modern technology, ‘This Means War’ actress, who has children Ava, 12, and eight-year-old Deacon with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, admits it once caused trouble in her relationship when a boyfriend accessed her photographs without her knowing and even deleted some of the images. “I had somebody go into my computer without asking me and look at all my photos,” she said. ‘‘I thought that was really uncool. And he deleted some of it! I was like, ‘What?’ I didn’t like that,” she added. ANI
