New Delhi, June 23: National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development has sanctioned a loan of Rs 145.43 crore to Haryana for 207 drinking water projects in 13 districts. The assistance from the NABARD would be utilised for the 207 drinking water supply schemes in the districts like Sirsa, Rohtak, Jhajjar, Kurukshetra, Bhiwani, Jind, Rewari, Sonipat, Mahendragarh, Ambala, Panipat, Kaithal and Gurgaon, Haryana chief minister Om Prakash Chautala was quoted as saying in an official release here.
He was inaugurating a canal-based drinking water supply scheme, built at a cost of Rs 4.10 crore, at Sonipat.
