Officials of the Narcotic Intelligence Bureau, CID, in Chennai have seized two kilograms of heroin worth about Rs two crore in the international market and arrested a person from Rajasthan in this connection. The accused, from Chotti Sadri village in Chittorgarh district of rajasthan, was arrested on Tuesday on the charge of possessing the narcotic, police said on Wednesday. Initial investigations revealed the seized contraband was supplied by a man from Gourkheri in Rajasthan. Action was being taken to apprehend two others, including one from Bhopal, in connection with the seizure, the police said. Bureau Report
