SHIMLA: Congress candidate Sunder Singh Thakur wins from Kullu by defeating BJP's Maheshwar Singh.

The Kullu Vidhan Sabha constituency, located in Kullu district, is one of the 68 constituencies of the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha.
