Hyderabad will be happy with how things ended. They had a perfect start when they got rid of Lewis but did not capitalize on it. They did hold things back in the middle phase before Samson decided to up the ante but they bowled brilliantly in the fag end to stay in the contest. Siddarth Kaul was the pick of the bowlers as he took two wickets. Sandeep, Bhuvneshwar and Rashid shared wicket apiece. The pitch is a bit slow and their batters have to work had to get a win from here. 

Right then! 165 to win for Hyderabad. They will surely miss Warner despite of his form but they will bet on Roy to give a great start. Will he be able to do it? We will find out in the second essay.

Yashasvi Jaiswal is up for a quick chat, he says that he just wanted to play normal cricketing shots and stick with the plans that the team had. Mentions that he wanted to show intent and help his side put on a good total. Adds that if he gets a loose delivery, he tries to hit it for a boundary. Hyderabad will be happy with how things ended. They had a perfect start when they got rid of Lewis but did not capitalize on it. They did hold things back in the middle phase before Samson decided to up the ante but they bowled brilliantly in the fag end to stay in the contest. Siddarth Kaul was the pick of the bowlers as he took two wickets. Sandeep, Bhuvneshwar and Rashid shared wicket apiece. The pitch is a bit slow and their batters have to work had to get a win from here. 

Right then! 165 to win for Hyderabad. They will surely miss Warner despite of his form but they will bet on Roy to give a great start. Will he be able to do it? We will find out in the second essay.

Yashasvi Jaiswal is up for a quick chat, he says that he just wanted to play normal cricketing shots and stick with the plans that the team had. We can see from the field that Jason Roy has been handed over his cap and will be making his debut for Hyderabad. So it looks like David Warner might miss out on this game.

Hyderabad lost a close match to Punjab on Saturday and with that their chances of getting qualified for the playoffs also ended but they are not out yet (mathematically).
