Air-India will no longer allow disruptive passenger behaviour, whether it’s rude attitude towards crew members or passing uncalled for remarks at a neighbouring pretty lady. Such unruly behaviour on air, termed “air-rage”, may actually cost passengers dear and ground them for a minimum of three years.

The national carrier’s new policy on handling of disruptive and unruly passengers is in line with international standards.
