India was assured one bronze medal after both Gaurav Nandrajog and Sandip Jangra lost their respective semifinal matches in the 11th South Asian Games here on Sunday.

Dhaka: India was assured one bronze medal after both Gaurav Nandrajog and Sandip Jangra lost their respective semifinal matches in the 11th South Asian Games here on Sunday.
Jangra went down to world number Aamir Atlas Khan of Pakistan 1-3, while compatriot Nandrajog failed to overcome the challenge from another Pakistani, world number 31 Farhan Mahboob at the Dhaka Club.
Nandrajog was spanked 0-3.Now the bronze medal play-off will be an all-Indian affair, while the Pakistani duo will take on each other for the gold.
