Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the retrieval of black money and new schemes for Bihar, adding that the people of his state expect help from the Central Government.
"They made such hullabaloo about black money, and now what? How much black money actually came back? Just starting people`s banks accounts are not enough. Does Prime Minister plan to start new schemes for Bihar or repackage old schemes and serve them again?" Nitish told ANI.
"People of Bihar helped Prime Minister Modi win, we expect he will help them too," he added.Prime Minister Modi, who is on a day-long visit to Bihar today, will participate in several programmes in Patna and address a `Parivartan` rally at Muzaffarpur.
He will also inaugurate the ambitious `Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gramjyoti Yojana`.
