New Delhi: #Adarshliberal is trending on social networking website Twitter.
@AdarshLiberal - a Twitter account - had recently shared a poster of an ‘Adarsh Liberal Hindu festivals calendar’ accompanied by its signature brand of sarcasm and suggesting what real Hindus should do.
For January, the post depicts a picture showing people celebrating Lohri. It comes with a message which reads: 'Ban Lohri, don't burn logs, save environment'.
For the month of February, there's a picture of 'Shivlinga' and people are offering milk. The message says, 'ban Mahashivrarti, give milk to poor kids'.
The calendar further demands imposing ban on Ganesh Chaturthi and Diwali.
It also urges people to boycott Holi and save water. Not only this, it also says that Rakshabnadhan shouldn't be celebrated in order to liberate women.
Above all, the trending post says Dusshera should be banned as Lord Ram was a 'Misogynist'.
The post has created ripples around the Twitterartis and many are reacting with their strong comments.
