Delhi Police had sought one day police custody of the woman to interrogate her in the case. Delhi Police has slapped four charges on Bhavna under IPC sections 186 353,355 and 504.

The woman named Bhavna Arora threw ink on Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday claiming big CNG corruption behind the odd-even plan implementation. Arora also claimed that she has ample proof that AAP government is directly involved in CNG scam and will produce it before the court.

Bhavna has alleged that AAP government has issued CNG stickers during odd-even scheme to non-CNG vehicles and two-wheelers numbers and made huge money out of it.

Arora splattered ink on Kejriwal when he was addressing a gathering at Chhatrasal stadium in New Delhi to thank people for making the pilot road rationing scheme a huge success.
