New Delhi: President Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday extended greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of Croatia on the eve of their National Day.
"On behalf of the Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, it is my pleasure to extend warm greetings and felicitations to you and to the Croatian people on the occasion of your National Day," he said in his message to his Croatian counterpart, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic.
President Mukherjee further said that the two nations have historically shared warm and cordial relations.
"It is my firm belief that this traditional bond of friendship and cooperation will grow stronger in the years to come to the mutual benefit of our two peoples. Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your personal health and well-being, as well as for the progress and prosperity of the friendly people of Croatia," he added.
