New Delhi: President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday wished former president APJ Abdul Kalam on his birthday.
Extending greetings and best wishes, Mukherjee said: "May the almighty bless you with happiness, good health and many more years of continued dedicated service to our country."
The president is on a five-day visit to Norway and Finland since October 12.
Modi said: "Birthday greetings to our former president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. May he be blessed with good health and a long life."
Kalam was born in 1931 at Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu.
