Tiger enters engineering college in Bhopal

The locals of Nabi Baugh area in Bhopal are leaving in fear, as few more tigers have been spotted in the area in the recent times.

Bhopal: In a shocking incident, a tiger entered the premises of Central Institute of Agriculture Engineering (CIAE) in Madhya Pradesh's capital, making students and staff jumping out of their skins.

The incident happened on Thursday, when a big cat was spotted on the roof of the Engineering college premises.

Seeing the tiger, the college administration immediately asked the students not to venture out and informed the forest officials.

The forest officials had a tough time in capturing the big cat as it took hours to tranquilise it. The tiger has been sent to Van Vihar National Park, Bhopal, where it will be monitored for 24 hours before it is set free in a tiger reserve.
