Mumbai: Three people lost their lives in an accidental blast at a construction site in Satara district of Maharashtra on Friday.
The blast occurred at round 11 am today when gelatin sticks – of the sort used in stone quarries – being utilised at a windmill construction site caught fire and exploded. Around 5 other people were injured in the incident.
The windmill was is under construction in Maan taluka of Satara district.
The police has launched a probe.
