Chandigarh: Haryana Government Friday issued
posting and transfer orders of 14 IAS officers with immediate
effect, an official spokesman said.
Raj Kumar, Financial Commissioner, Urban Local Bodies has
been posted as Financial Commissioner, Cooperation in place of
Manik B Sonawane, who becomes Financial Commissioner, Science
and Technology Department relieving S S Prasad.
S C Chaudhary, Financial Commissioner, Public Health
Engineering has got the same post in Public Works (Building
and Roads) Department.
Chaudhary replaces S S Dhillon, who is now Financial
Commissioner, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates in
place of K K Jalan, posted as Financial Commissioner
Irrigation and Urban Local Bodies.
Vijay Vardhan, Financial Commissioner, Printing and
Stationery and Archeology and Museums has got the same post in
Renewable Energy Department, relieving Madhusudan Prasad.
Vardhan will now also be Financial Commissioner, Environment Department, relieving P Raghvendra Rao.
Shashi Bala Gulati, Director General, Technical Education
has been posted as Special Secretary, Forests Department
against a vacant post.
R R Jowel, Transport Commissioner and Special Secretary,
Transport, becomes Director and Special Secretary, Urban Local
Bodies and Project Director, Swaran Jayanti Shehri Rozgar
Yojana and State Urban Development Society.
Jowel replaces Mahavir Singh, who has been posted as
Director and Special Secretary, Employment, in place of M P
Bansal, who has been shifted as Commissioner, Hisar Division,
in place of Avtar Singh.
While Bansal was Director and Special Secretary,
Employment, Avtar Singh, has been posted as Director General,
Technical Education in place of Shashi Bala Gulati and he also
becomes Director and Special Secretary, Environment, earlier
held by Balbir Singh Malik.
Malik, Director, Supplies and Disposals and Environment,
has been posted as Transport Commissioner in place of Jowel.
T L Satyaprakash, Director and Joint Secretary,
Industries and Commerce and Mines and Geology and Director,
Haryana Small Scale Industries and Export Corporation,
Managing Director, Haryana Handloom and Handicrafts
Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Tanneries has been
posted as Director, Supplies and Disposals in addition to his
present duties, replacing Malik.
