London: Jennifer Aniston and her partner Justin Theroux have rented a 40,000 dollars-a-month Beverly Hills mansion while their 21-million-dollar estate is refurbished.

Their new mansion is an 8,500 square foot, 21-million-dollar palatial palace complete with a vineyard and views of the Pacific Ocean, the Daily Mail reported. But in the meantime they have to settle for five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms in a somewhat smaller space.
