Islamabad: A six-year-old boy was killed in a bomb blast at an internet cafe in Quetta city of southwest Pakistan on Sunday, two days after over 100 people were killed in a string of bombings in the city.
A bomb went off at the internet cafe at Golimar Chowk in Quetta, the capital of the restive Balochistan province.
The explosive device was planted outside the cafe, police said.
A six-year-old child named Ghulam Nabbi was killed by the explosion, police officials said.
The blast damaged several nearby buildings.
No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
On Thursday, 104 people were killed in a string of bomb attacks in Quetta.
Twelve people were killed when a security forces vehicle was targeted with a bomb at a busy roundabout.
Later in the day, a suicide bomber blew himself up inside a snooker club in a Shia-dominated neighbourhood.
As journalists, policemen and rescue workers gathered at the site, a car bomb went off.
A total of 92 people, a majority of them Hazara Shias, died in the blasts.
