Moscow, Aug 23: Ahead of US Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage's visit to India, Russia has ruled out any improvement in Indo-Pak relations till Islamabad shuts down all terrorist camps in the country including those in Pak-occupied-Kashmir.

"It is high time Pakistan President Musharraf think how he would build relations with neighbouring India. But for that he must close all the terrorist training camps in the country including those in the Pak-occupied-Kashmir," Deputy Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Trubnikov said here.

"Any changes for better were impossible without such a categorical step. So far it's done in a wrong way," he said in an interview to official news agency ITAR-TASS on Thursday.

Whatever Musharraf was doing "under the US pressure" to curb cross-border infiltration was too little, he said.

Trubnikov who reiterated Moscow's backing for Delhi's opposition to the internationalisation of Kashmir issue, however justified Moscow's right to express its views on Kashmir to India and Pakistan.
