New Delhi: Sky gazers will be treated to a rare celestial event this week, where Venus, Mars and Jupiter will line up for a skyline spectacle – all the three planets will appear in a triangle.
The rare phenomenon called 'planetary conjunction' has been visible every morning for days and will continue until the end of the week. During this time, the orbits of Mars, Jupiter and Venus have each come to a point where, from Earth, they align closely in the sky.

The best time to see the rare alignment is just before sunrise towards the east, all over in the world, wherever there are clear skies, without equipments.
The planets are expected to appear closest on Thursday morning, October 29.
This rare conjunction won't happen again until January 10, 2021.
