Delhi doctors conduct open heart surgery on 18-hour-old baby
Mayank Agarwal was born with a congenital heart condition. Three-and-a-half mon-ths later, he is a perfectly normal baby. He was born in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, with a critical heart defect called total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC).
