Monsoon likely to be below normal in 2015, says IMD
Releasing the Indian Meteorological Department’s first forecast for 2015, Union Science and Technology Minister Harsh Vardhan, Wednesday, said that rainfall in the monsoon season from June to September is expected to be below normal.
