IKEA, ASUS ROG to launch furniture, accessories for gamers: Pricing, specs and photos

Ikea, in partnership with ASUS Republic of Gaming (ROG), is all set to launch gaming-themed furniture and accessories in global markets.

New Delhi: Swedish retailer Ikea, in partnership with ASUS Republic of Gaming (ROG), is all set to launch gaming-themed furniture and accessories in global markets. The all-new range will feature more than 30 products. 

Ewa Rychert, the Global Business Leader of Workspace at IKEA, said that the firm believes that there's a lot to be done to democratise the gaming experience.

The upcoming gaming-themed range will include a score of products including gaming desks and chairs. Customers will also be able to buy drawer units, mug holders, and mouse bungees, among other products from Ikea’s gaming range.

Ikea has said that the retailer will launch the gaming-themed furniture across multiple price ranges to cater to all segments of gamers. Verge reported that the gaming chair could be launched with a starting price tag of about Rs 5000 while customers will be able to buy the desk at about Rs 44,000. Ikea is likely to launch the cupholder at about Rs 720 while the mouse bungee could retail at about Rs 930.
