Deepika Padukone arrives back from New York after shooting for international mag — Here are the pics

Actress Deepika Padukone was snapped by the paparazzi at the Mumbai airport on Friday night. The actress returned from New York, where she had gone to shoot for an international magazine. 

Deepika has certainly carved a name for herself across the globe. She is one of the few actors from Bollywood who has time and again graced the cover page of several renowned magazines.

After setting the world ablaze after her appearances at prestigious MET Gala and Cannes 2018, Deepika will once again be leaving her imprints globally by appearing on another international magazine, Vogue America.

This has been fabulous year for Deepika as she has been on a spree of global recognition. Her first release of 2018, Padmaavat, set new records across the globe and then her ravishing appearances throughout the Cannes Film Festival grabbed all eyeballs.

She is one of the few Indians to feature in TIME's 100 influential people this year. 

Deepika has also been tagged as the 'Queen of 100-crore club'. Her back-to-back seven films have featured in the list of 100-crore club with her latest film 'Padmaavat' grossing Rs 300 crore in India. 

On the work front, Deepika is currently on a break as her next film, to be directed by Vishal Bhardhwaj has been put on hold. The film has been titled 'Rani' and also features Irrfan Khan, who is currently undergoing a treatment in Europe for NeuroEndocrine Tumour.
