Breaking gender stereotypes, Virat Kohli took paternitiy leave to be by wife Anushka Sharma's side when Vamika was born.

After Vamika's birth, new mama Anushka took to Instagram and wrote, "We have lived together with love, presence and gratitude as a way of life but this little one, Vamika has taken it to a whole new level! Tears, laughter, worry, bliss - emotions that have been experienced in a span of minutes sometimes! Sleep is elusive but our hearts are SO full Thanking you all for your wishes, prayers and good energy".

Daddy Virat mentioned his little munchkin Vamika in his anniversary wish for Anushka. "This day is more special as its our first anniversary as a family and life is complete with this little munchkin," wrote Virat.
