After completing a decade in the showbiz industry, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut built her office in Mumbai's plush Pali Hill locality. Kangana launched her own production house Manikarnika Films as an ode to her 2019 released film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. She converted the Bungalow number 5 of Pali hill into her work studio by reconstructing and rebuilding everything from scratch. The actress along with celebrity designer Shabnam Gupta worked on what can be called as a 'dreamy workspace.’ However, on September 9 morning, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials landed at her Mumbai office, fully prepared to raze down the 'illegal construction' and did, in fact, demolish part of her property. The Bombay High Court has meanwhile, granted a stay on the demolition of Kangana Ranaut office, asking the BMC to file reply on actor's petition.

The most interesting part of her Pali Hill studio is that Kangana is promoting a plastic-free sustainable environment-friendly office culture.
