Vice President Venkiah Naidu visits Balaji Temple in Tirumala: In Pics

The Honourable Vice President of India, M Venkaiah Naidu reached the auspicious Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala temple on Thursday along with his family and entourage on Thursday (February 10). Naidu visited the temple to sought Srivaru’s blessings for her granddaughter, who is entering the nuptial knot at His divine abode today. 

The Vice President has reached the temple through Vaikuntam Queue Complex and was welcomed by TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy, TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy and Additional EO AV Dharma Reddy near Mahadwaram. 

Vice President Naidu offered prayers and performed rituals at Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala temple on Thursday with his family. 

After the darshan of Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala temple, Naidu was rendered Vedaseervachanam by Pundits in Ranganayakula Mandapam. His wife accompanied him during the puja. 

Later, TTD Chairman and EO presented Thirtha Prasadams, Calendar, Diary and Coffee Table book to the vice president and his family at Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala Dham. Naidu was seen in traditional attire. 

Vice President Venkiah Naidu, who recently recovered from Covid-19, was presented with Thirtha Prasadams and other religious idols by TTD Chairman. While presenting the laminated photo of a deity made of Dry Flower Technology, Agarbattis and Panchagavya products, the EO briefed the vice President about their preparation.

Naidu said he prayed to Sri Venkateswara Swamy to bestow his benign blessings on humanity across the world. He also lauded TTD for taking up new initiatives and taking forward Hindu Dharma Prachara in a big through various spiritual programmes.
