Kings XI Punjab skipper KL Rahul on Thursday hit the net ahead of the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The Punjab-based franchise took to its official Twitter handle and posted a short video of Rahul from the recent training session in which the Indian batsman could be seen going down on one knee to hit a ball. Kings XI will kick start their IPL 13 campaign against Delhi Capitals on September 20 at Dubai International Stadium.

Sunrisers Hyderabad on Thursday played an intra-team practice match ahead of the 13th edition of the lucrative T20 tournament. The Orange Army took to its official Twitter handle and shared a couple of pictures from their warm-up clash. 

The Hyderabad-based franchise will begin their campaign against Viat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on September 21 in the Dubai International Stadium.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) all-rounder Shivam Dube recently engaged in a training session at the Sharjah Cricket Ground ahead of the 2020 IPL. The franchise took to Twitter and shared the picture of Dube batting at the crease.

 

Delhi Capitals batsman Ajinkya Rahane on Thursday took to social media and posted a video of him practicing in the nets along with team head coach and former Australian skipper Ricky Ponting.

Kings XI Punjab shared a picture of West Indies swashbuckling batsman and ‘Universe Boss’ Chris Gayle from the recent batting session.Notably, Kings XI are one of the three teams--the others being Delhi Capitals and RCB--who are yet to clinch the IPL trophy.
