Axar Patel's magical spell vs South Africa A: 6 overs, no runs, 4 wickets!

New Delhi: Axar Patel, who has made a name for himself in the Indian Premier League by delivering several match-winning results for his franchise Kings XI Punjab, wreaked havoc against South Africa A with an incredible spell!

On Day 4 of the second unofficial Test between India A and South Africa A, the 21-year-old bowled six overs, conceded no run, and scalped four wickets.

In reply to South Africa's 260 runs in the first innings, with healthy contributions from most of its batsmen, India scored 417 runs and took an impressive lead of 157 runs.

South African batsmen failed to show up in the second innings where they were trapped in Axar's spin web.

The southpaw dismissed Reeza Hendricks, Temba Bavuma, skipper Dane Vilas and Dane Piedt in the second innings.

He was India's most successful bowler in the first innings as well where he claimed a five-wicket haul.

With the comprehensive win, the Ambati Rayudu-led team sealed the two-match series 1-0.
