Lyon gets the man-of-the-match for his 12-wicket haul in the match!

Nathan Lyon is the man of the moment with 12 wickets in the match. Kohli played brilliantly and so did Warner! India gifted the match to Australia. Bad performance apart from Kohli and Vijay!

Lyon bowls again and Kohli whips one through mid-on before Rohit survives a close call again. 11 runs come from Johnson's over as Kohli hits two boundaries. What batting display!

Murali Vijay looked too nervous on 99 and paid the price followed by a bad decision on Rahane. The game has changed. India looked likely to get a rare win here but Australia have hit back. They need six more wickets and India will now look for a draw and not take risks. Lyon and Kohli the key for each sides. Two runs come from these two overs and Rohit Sharma will look to put a price on his wicket.

Replays showing Rahane wasn't out as the ball didn't hit his bat or glove. Bad decision and it is the second of the day as Dhawan earlier too was given caught behind when the ball didn't hit his willow.

He will be very sad on missing out a ton. He went back to his back foot and tried to get a run through on-side but misses and the ball struck his pad and that looked plumb. Rahane follows and after looking nervy for the first four balls knicks one to forward short leg Blow for India and a big big turn around!

Lyon continues and the batsmen pick up five runs through singles and a two. Harris meanwhile, keeps up with the good work he has been doing all day. His length has been good. Vijay then flicks Lyon for a four through mid-wicket between three fielders. He then survives as the ball falls short of Warner at short fine leg. He then survives some close chances as he stays on 99. Harris continues and Kohli gets to his hundred, his second one successively. Four byes come next and some valuable runs these for India. Aussies need wickets!

The visitors have resumed after the break. Lyon starts with the bowling and concedes six runs from the first over. Harris starts from the other end and keeps it simple back of a length and gets a maiden. Vijay watchful here. Lyon continues and Vijay dances downs the track and heaves Lyon for a six through long on. He moves into the 90's. Harris continues with his good work and gives away just a single.

Harris bowls a good over though three runs come. Siddle continues and well Kohli smacks one through cover boundary for four. Johnson is brought into the attack and keeps it tight and simple. One runs comes. Smith is introduced by Haddin and he starts off badly. Vijay hits him for two boundaries and a sweep shot earns him another three runs. Johnson then sees Vijay's chance being dropped by Marsh. Good try that and its a maiden! Smith continues and Kohli this time gets a four.

The duo of Murali Vijay and skipper Virat Kohli have looked good together and have already shared more than a 100-run partnership. Meanwhile Aus skipper Michael Clarke has gone to the hospital after suffering an injury setback. Lyon has been handled well by these two and has been replaced by Siddle. Good swing here from the pacer. Five runs come from the over. Harris meanwhile, is bowling from the other end.

India were 105 for 2 at lunch, trailing Australia by 258

Dhawan was caught behind the stumps by Brad Haddin off Mitchell Johnson for 9 runs, while Pujara's wicket was scalped by Nathan Lyon.

Australia declared at their overnight 290 for five to set India 364 runs to win.

India face an against-the-odds target with no team scoring more than 315 to win a Test match at the Adelaide Oval since Australia overhauled England at the ground in 1902.

The forecast is for hot and sunny conditions throughout the final day.
