New Delhi: England will be a happy camp after their pacers showed quality against a dismal Indian batting performance at the Gabba in Brisbane. In middle of that was Steve Finn who picked up his career best figures of 5/33. Finn showed his value to England and justified the faith the team has on him to lead the attack alongside Jimmy Anderson and Stuart Broad.

Finn was emphatic during India's second batting powerplay where he picked up the crucial wickets of MS Dhoni and Axar Patel. India were all-out for a paltry 153 n 39.3 overs and a lot of credit should be given to Anderson who has been England's best bowler since years now.

Finn used the conditions well given his height and the extra bounce he extracts. The conditions will suit him well during the ICC 2015 World Cup which starts next month. If the pacer continues to bowl well, he will end up being a key figure for England in the tri-series and also in the World Cup.

England have a well balanced pace attack in Anderson, Broad, Woakes and Finn to show they can hurt any team. The performance will please new English skipper Eoin Morgan.

Several players lauded Steven Finn for his brilliant performance against India on Tuesday. They expressed their views on social micro-blogging site, Twitter.
