And the helicopter kicked off as Dhoni powerfully flicked the first ball wide of long on for a boundary! And Dhoni smashed a length ball on the leg side but it went straight to Mendis at deep square-leg!That ends another magnificent innings from the CSK skipper! Dwayne Bravo is the new man in. Bravo was run-out off the last ball of the innings as he risked for a second run. So that’s the end of the first innings and Chennai would be happy with that score. Five from the first over. ==================================================================================== TOSS: Dhoni has won the toss and he has decided to bat first. Chennai Super Kings are known to begin the IPL with a few shaky starts and that’s exactly what they have been through in the sixth edition of the Indian Premier League. While the other formidable teams have made an immediate impact, Chennai have been struggling to dictate terms. They have become too much dependent on MS Dhoni and the top order hasn’t fired on a consistent basis. MS Dhoni would have huge expectations from pacers Dirk Nannes and Chris Morris to get early breakthroughs for the side. Delhi Daredevils on the other hand have witnessed five successive defeats and nothing has worked for them so far. Their top order hasn’t clicked as a unit and the only way they can put some fight against the two-time IPL winners is possible only if Warner, Sehwag and Mahela click together. Morne Morkel hasn’t been in the best of form and it is the right time for him to show why is he a world class bowler.
